Sara Mowchan

Director of Development

Sara brings a wealth of experience in driving organizational growth, including nonprofit consulting work for organizations in Washington, D.C. and Minnesota, internationally in Wuhan, China and Amman, Jordan, and previously worked as a Community Manager for the American Cancer Society in Duluth, MN. After college, Sara taught English for two years in rural South Korea and Tanzania to follow, where she also founded KS Fund, a foundation that supports scholarship opportunities for students pursuing continuing education.

A Wisconsin native, Sara earned her BA at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in Political Science and International Studies, and Masters in Sustainable Development: International Policy and Management from SIT Graduate Institute in Washington, D.C.
